Today the U.S. Census Bureau released detailed statistics of social, economic, housing and demographic characteristics for hundreds of race, tribal, Hispanic origin and ancestry populations. These tables from the 2011-2015 American Community Survey contain the most detail for these populations and are available at numerous geographic levels. Conducted by Kleimann Communication Group for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, April 2017 For this project Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac asked Kleimann to identify major barriers for Limited English Proficient (LEP) borrowers in accessing mortgage credit. Their study applied best practices in consumer testing to explore these issues with members of five different language groups: Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. Study of the Fair Housing Initiatives Program

This study examines the Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) from its inception in 1987 through 2006. The goals of this study are to create a history of FHIP, describe its grantees, analyze the types of grants awarded through the program, and analyze the outcomes of cases investigated by grant recipients, especially the comparison of the outcomes of cases referred by the grantees with those referred by others.
